This is an exceptional plan for veterans. Enjoy everything Senior Care Plus has to offer: gym benefit, $25 over-the-counter (OTC) allowance, preventative dental, periodontal maintenance, vision, and hearing aid coverage. The Patriot Plan also includes priority access to Renown Health and Senior Care Plus’ large network of doctors and specialists. This plan complements your VA or Tricare benefits. Members on this plan will be able to take advantage of the $75 rebate as there is no drug coverage included on this plan. Personal Assistants, who can help schedule appointments and navigate the healthcare system are included when you select a Renown Primary Care Provider (PCP).
