Our virtual meetings are held at noon on the third Thursday of every other month. Simply RSVP and you will receive an email link to the seminar the day before it is held.

Our in-person meetings are held on the third Thursday of every other month at 5:30 p.m. at the Hometown Health building in south Reno.
